I have noticed the increasingly numerous occasions that my development plan has re-directed me and stopped me from doing things that could hinder my working progress. I have especially noticed that my timekeeping and organisational skills have become alot better and I have no problem with getting from A to B with everything I need with me. My planning is becoming impeccable and along with my organisation, time keeping and thinking ahead it is all stringing along nicely. At first I had my doubts about using a development plan but now i wonder If i keep this up who knows what I could be doing in 6weeks time.
